Out of State Ownership List
The deadline for submitting the Out-Of-State Ownership List to the Department of Revenue is on or before June 1, § 39-5-102(3), C.R.S. The Department of Revenue requests that the data be submitted electronically in an Excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is a list of the names and addresses of all nonresidents as shown in your records as of the previous assessment date of owned real or personal property within the county.
