Out of State Ownership List

The deadline for submitting the Out-Of-State Ownership List to the Department of Revenue is on or before June 1, § 39-5-102(3), C.R.S. The Department of Revenue requests that the data be submitted electronically in an Excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is a list of the names and addresses of all nonresidents as shown in your records as of the previous assessment date of owned real or personal property within the county. The requested format is detailed as follows:
