Welcome to the Division of Property Taxation
The Division of Property Taxation coordinates and administers the implementation of property tax law throughout the state and operates under the leadership of the property tax administrator, who is appointed by the State Board of Equalization.
Exemptions are available for a variety of non-profit, religious, and educational organizations as well as qualifying senior citizens and veterans with a disability. Find the assistance and resources needed to determine if your property is eligible for property tax relief.
The Annual Report to the Governor and the General Assembly provides annual statistical and summary property tax information for the state of Colorado. It contains listings of assessed values by county in addition to property tax revenues of the local taxing jurisdictions.
