This message is a reminder of the upcoming deadline for the Senior Citizen and Disabled Veterans
exemption programs. The deadline for counties to upload their exemption files to the Division of
Property Taxation's "County Portal" is September 10, 2024.
Please keep in mind that the Division is not able to grant extensions for this program and late or
incorrectly formatted files may result in loss of reimbursement funding to counties.
The County Portal is currently open and ready for files. It is recommended that counties file in advance
of the September deadline to provide ample time to contact their CAMA vendor or internal IT staff in
order to fix any errors. Although the Division can assist counties with questions about error reports, all
fixes and changes to data files must be made by the county and their vendors.

The portal requires registration and a user name and password. Login credentials are per user and not per
office. If you do not currently have a login, you will need to follow the instructions on the page and
create a new account. If you have an existing account, please do not request a new account.
Additionally, we are past all application deadlines for this year and counties should no longer distribute
or accept applications. Next year’s application period begins January 1, 2025.
